Sharon's work is rooted in the belief that before we can effectively lead others, we must first lead ourselves, and that realizing our fullest leadership potential requires deep self knowledge, awareness, and alignment -- a marriage of both head and heart -- our outer choices and actions in harmony with the essence of who we authentically are. It is this emphasis on inside-out living, awareness of innate strengths, and cultivating key character traits for success that most clearly drives, defines, and informs Sharon's work and approach.
